    Delicious!! We got lucky that there wasn't much of a line and we bought many varieties of sausages. They do have signs that say "Rush Limbaugh fans only" which uh ok cool I guess? Not at all a fan of Rush but all good their sausages are amazing. Can't go wrong!

    Great sausages. Love the teriyaki and regular jerky. Luau sausage is very tasty. Many people buy in bulk wineries are nearby as well.

    There's a line outside- just as I was told there would be. Bring a big hat or parasol if it is hot. If you love a great sausage, this place will be your Disneyland of Sausages. I could sing the praises of all the varieties. I bought Bavarian brats, Hawaiian l, Basil and the most popular smoked brats of county fair fame. Bavarian Brats - bought 50% more than I should have. Note to anyone who is serving more than 1 meat entree - yes you can parboil and then slice in half and then brown them. Plenty! Take a picture of the instructions for cooking.

    I drove past this place for two years before finally catching a short enough line to give it a try. Now, I stop almost every time I pass by! I always have to call my wife and ask, "Do we have any room in the freezer?" Oddly enough, part of the fun of going to Lockeford is waiting in line and talking with everyone about their favorite sausages and how long they've been coming. We love the Dakota's, Hawaiian Luau, Polish, and the Linguica is amazing. The Okie Breakfast Links are also a must-try! Don't be intimidated by the line--it moves quickly, and it's actually a great opportunity to chat with other customers who will give you great advice on what to buy. The variety is overwhelming, so be ready to walk out with 3-5 pounds of top-notch sausage! Truly a hidden gem!
